Frank Cona is the original Speed and Agility expert in Michigan. The program is based on his unique, one of a kind, Speed & Agility training method that re-programs each athlete and allow them to get to the next level, whatever that may be!
The focus is to practice and refine skills of speed and power. We want all athletes to move with more efficiency in all sports whether it be sprinting, lateral shuffle, backpedal, vertical jump, etc. The key is to not only move faster, but be able to stop and change direction under control! These skills separate an athlete that's regarded as fast as opposed to an athlete that is often called a Game Changer; someone that is not only Fast but has great hips, footwork, and the ability to change directions without much effort and loss of speed.
