Through Frank’s sport specific program, I was able to realize my dream of playing division 1 baseball. I gained the strength, mobility, and explosiveness needed to be signed to pitch at Central Michigan University. Everything I have accomplished in baseball was made possible with Frank’s help and dedication!

Training with Frank Cona for the past 6 years has significantly improved my footwork, speed, stamina, agility, and overall fitness. He got me to that next level that has allowed me to realize my dream of playing college tennis at a prestigious university!

Frank Cona has been an integral part of Clarkston athletics for over 20 years. He has trained athletes of all ages and all sports, especially football. He has worked with both male and female athletics. Many athletes continue to use Frank after they leave CHS and move onto the collegiate level. Clarkston is known statewide for outstanding athletes and Frank is one of the reasons why.
